There is no ETA on this at this time. I recommend monitoring http://changelog.cpanel.net to learn when an updated version of MySQL begins propagating through the builds.

How about 5.1.3. When this option will be available?

Support for MySQL 5.1 will almost certainly be after support for MySQL 5.0.77 is implemented. I have no ETA on either MySQL 5.0.77 or MySQL 5.1.x support.

No ETA, but at least are you guys working on it??? Really, i don't mean to sound rude, but people pay quite a lot of money on a monthly basis for a software to manage their hosting. MySQL is like the heart of it, and in my opnion something like supporting the latest mySQL version should be on the priority list.

Support for MySQL 5.0.77 is currently only in EDGE as of writing. You can monitor http://changelog.cpanel.net to learn when it propagates through our production-worthy builds (CURRENT, RELEASE and STABLE).
