    Hi,

Just wondering if there is a way to prevent the Cpanel update from updating the config.php file in the /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/squirrelmail/config directory?

I made one change (set usesendmail to true) but every few weeks, when an update occurs, my custom changes get overwritten.

Is there a way to tell Cpanel to always leave useSendmail as true when it performs updates?

    Thanks,

    Keith

Read /usr/local/cpanel/src/3rdparty/gpl/README-squirrelmail on how to prevent this

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

I have read this but am lost as to what the procedure would be to keep cpanel from wiping out my settings in squirrelmail.

Something a little more dumbed down to help the little guy would be appreciated.
