squirrelmail error to send read receipt

Hi,

I am receiving the below error when I click on "Send read receipt now" in squirrelmail. We are running WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.11.0-R16785. The error is as mentioned below:

ERROR:
ERROR: Could not complete request.
Query: SELECT ""
Reason Given: Mailbox does not exist, or must be subscribed to.
