I ran the "easyapache" script and it worked fine. I reinstalled the Zen dOptimizer for ModernBill.

Now I get an error when I go to mydomain.com/sqmail (my squirrelmail alias defined in the 1st line of httpd.conf), 500 Internal Server Error. Why? WHY?

    You installed phpsuexec?

If so that is why. It is trying to run the squirrel mail using the username of the domain owner, but the scripts is not owned by that user and can't be owned by every user on the server. The serverwide install will not work with phpsuexec unless you install it to be run in the cpanel directory which would put it off of port 80.

Should I re-run easyapache with option 1 instead of 2?
