Squirrelmail loses folders

In the last 2 days, 2 clients from different servers complain that their custom mailfolders have disappeared from squirrelmail. All folders are visible in Horde but no longer in Squirrelmail. Has anyone experienced this as well and what can be done to fix it? UPCP doesn't fix it

Their folder subscriptions might have gotten lost. Have them check if they can re-subscribe to the folders.

the folders are not visible. Nothing there to subscribe to. Onlt the usual default folders are there , inbox, sent, trash, nothing else

Yes, it sounds like this might be the same problem as yours?

Support has been of no help in regard to this matter as usual.
Has anybody come across any further update?
