    Hi,

Whenever i used to open sq mail i was getting given below error:-

Warning: main(../config/config.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/squirrelmail/functions/global.php on line 18

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '../config/config.php' (include_path='/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/php/:.') in /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/squirrelmail/functions/global.php on line 18

But after copying /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/squirrelmail/config/config_default.php to /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/squirrelmail/config/config.php this error got resolved but now i am unable to login to the squirrel mail having the problems for unknown username/password.

Is there anything else which needs to be done???

    Regards,
    Rajat.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply..

after reading that thread i realised that the cpanel_auth directory was missing and after creating that directory given below is the error that i am getting now:-

Preference file, /home/xxxxxxxx/.sqmaildata/xxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx.pref.tmp, could not be written. Contact your system administrator to resolve this issue.

Now how do i go about it?

    Regards,
    Rajat
