Hi , i wanted to know can normal users or reseller's modify their own squirrelmail pages? Like the language files?
If so where do they do it?

Why i ask we have one client asking this

"As you know, we have 3 webmail programs on our accounts.. Our clients
    generaly use
the squirrelmail. since it's already supported turkish language. But,
    when
we change some options such as language, on the options sub menu,
we get the following error messages.. So what do you advise to me???
    Could
I correct it?? or what else???
    ------------------------------------
Warning: mb_convert_encoding(): Unknown encoding "iso-8859-9" in
    /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/squirrelmail/functions/imap_utf7_local.php
    on line 23"

I am nost sure if he can fix it or where he can modify the laguage files. Any help would be great.
    Thansk Slav

SquirrelMail is centrally installed on a cPanel server - you would need to install a stand alone version of SquirrelMail for your client/reseller, before they should modify its configuration.

Any changes you make to the centralised version will be overwritten when cPanel updates.

By the way, there is a newer version of SquirrelMail available, which you can upgrade to using the following:
