squirrelmail

    We recently made extensive changes to SquirrelMail - including nutsmail skin and several plugins - but as usual some people have complained that it's "not like it used to be"....

    We made a backup copy of the default squirrel install, and initially simply changing squirrelmail in the URL to squirrel.old served the original version, but now it gives a "Not found" error.

    All the files are intact, and both versions work provided their directory is named squirrelmail, but is there a way to make both work, so users can use newsquirrel or squirrelmail, for example?

    Check the permissions and ownership, as well as the httpd.conf directives for the new directory.

    the alternative squirrel installs can only be accessed via port 2082 - any suggetsions how to make the alternative addresses load while on port 2095, so that we can add them into the webmail screen?
