    Hi there,

I ticket have been already send to resolve that, but i would like to knwo if i'm the only one with this problem :

    We have :
    WHM 5.0.0
    Cpanel 5.2.0-R14
    RedHat 7.2

From the WHM i'm trying to enable a SSH access for one of our clients ... under the option : Manage Shell Access

When we go back it's still in the disable mode ...

We also try from : Modify an Account option and we check the Shell Access BOX ...

But it's not working also getting this error when trying to connect :

Shell access is not enabled on your account!
If you need shell access please contact support.

    Thanks for your help

    Regards,
