SSH ACCESS Error: connection time out

Helo all,
i try to access to my cpanel account with ssh acces using putty, port:22 and 2222
i get this error; Putty fatal error: connection time out
some body can help me pleace

Hello,

Are you certain that either of these is your SSH port and that the port is open in your firewall? You can confirm the SSH port by restarting SSH through WHM and checking the output if you're unsure what the port is.
