Hi there,
sorry, noticed some people mentioning use of Putty.
When I try to use putty to my IP address it did not work, as in it cannot connect.
Are there any settings I need to update to allow access??

Boohoo, indeed, not even allowed SSH access :(
Is there any other way via cpanel to run your scripts??

Perhaps you could ask your provider for jailed shell access? Many installed products don't require more than FTP access even if they are a lot easier to install with SSH access. This is more a question to ask your provider, though.

Just an idea....

You could use Cron Jobs to run scripts.

Just make the file and get the cron job to run it for you. If you need help with cron jobs just google it.
