ssh: connect to host: Connection refused and more

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    I can not access root via shell from the outside of cPanel and I do not have no firewall in front of cPanel. My cPanel is connected directly to a public IP.

    How do I fix this issue?

    I also having a issue with ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond:

    How do I fix this?

    Last issue is
