I try to restart ssh in cPanel and I get this error:

    Attempting to restart sshd
    Waiting for sshd to restart.... . . . . . . . . . . finished.

    sshd status

    root 5572 1.1 3.9 21088 19520 ? S 13:37 0:00 /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/whostmgr ./ressshd
    root 5593 1.9 0.2 5656 1096 ? Ss 13:37 0:00 /usr/sbin/sshd

Apr 11 13:37:26 hydrospark sshd: sshd -TERM succeeded Apr 11 13:37:26 hydrospark sshd: succeeded sshd has failed, please contact the sysadmin.

I am confused if this is anything to worry about, it says it had succeeded then it has failed?
    Help is appreciated.

    SShd

Give the server a reboot and everything should be fine.

Rebooting the server won't change anything.
It looks like you're using a non standard SSH port - which is good - and this is why you get this "error" message. Your SSH restarted just fine, though, and there's nothing to worry about. ;)
