    Hello,
I'm having a difficult time here. I can log in no problem with my root password etc...

The problem I'm having is that users can log into ftp, ssh, etc. etc. with their cpanel password, but when they try to log into whm, it doesn't go through.

    They are using the url:
    http://theirdomain:2086

It opens a username/password dialogue, I enter the username password..and it just keeps asking for it, until it says username/password, invalid.

I have tried the unsuspend resuspend, change account name, changed password, etc. etc. but it doesn't work. What is wrong here? Any ideas?

    Thanks

The cPanel user cannot log into WHM if the domain is hosted on the shared server. Only with the root username and password one can login to the WHM.

Stock install WHM is :2087 and cpanel accounts are :2082 usually. Have the users try :2082 or simply http://theirdomain/cpanel
