I just checked on a release build and the conversion worked.

I'm pretty sure the goal of the conversion is for the output to place in a local <filename>.ppk file and not to place the ppk file on the server.

that's right , this is which i asked about .. but here i would like to say that ًWHM do the same,

in CPANEL V, 10 it was worked well but in V, 11 it didn't at all .

login into WHM with root and go to Main >> Security >> Manage SSH Keys

then generate anew key , then authorize it .. then scroll down and press on View/download key

then you will see your key under it you will see Private SSH Key root (PuTTY PPK format):

Enter the passphrase to unlock root for conversion: and text box to enter your pass.

then press on convert button .
it should convert the key to PuTTY PPK format and you should see it in the big text area .. you have to take it copy and safe it on your pc as a .ppk file and use it to login to your server .

waiting any idea to make it from WHM 11 .

    thanks and my best regards
