ssh problem

    SSH is down in a server. You cannot login to the server right now. All other services in the server are up. How will you login to the server?

    Can you log into WHM using root? If so, then I would try restarting the SSH service there.

    Try to restart SSH server from WHM and see if it helps.

    Whilst most data centers these days have features like RAC (remote access cards) and KVMs, they might not necessarily provide these to the customers. So, you will either have to get the help of the DC or reboot the server.

    Having said that, if you do not want to use WHM then this question is no more related to cPanel ;)
