SSH / Shell Access missing Java Applet

When trying to access the SSH/Shell Access page at:
    https://###.##.##.##:##/frontend/x/telnet/index.html

I get authenticated successfully, but the Java applet that's supposed to be there is missing. Depending on the browser I use, the error message that displays in the status bar says:
    Applet de.mud.jta.Applet notinited
    or
    load: class.de.mud.jta.Applet not found

Has anyone else experienced this in their cPanel 8?

    Thanks in advance.

Did you ever solve this problem?

I'm having the same problem and any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.
