According to the cPanel Manual, there should be access to SSH in the default cPanel window.

But, when I log into my cPanel account, there is no icon that links me to SSH. I'm wondering if I'm just missing it or it could be possible that my provider does not include it in my cPanel.

Any help reguarding this issue will be extremly helpful. Thanks.

your provider might have disable the feature from the feature list for the package. You may ask them to enable that for you or download Putty from the Internet and login using the application.

I beleive from coding older themes this is a cpanelif feature. AKA, If you have SSH enabled, it'll show up, If not, it wont. Ask your provider to enable jailshell for you, most wont enable regular bash. Also it may not be in Cpanel at the WHM Level (disabled in all users themes)
