SSH only connect to remote servers on standard port '22'
    Connection timeout for non-standard ports.

How do I fix this ? I need to transfer accounts from another whm/cpanel server running on non-standard port.

Worked after adding port to TCP_IN, TCP_OUT, UDP_IN and UDP_OUT in CSF Configuration.

If you want to keep the server more secure by leaving those ports closed, you can always whitelist just the remote servers IP in CSF so this way only that specific server will be able to access the necessary ports.
