When i login to my VPS via SSH thats what i get:

-bash: warning: setlocale: LC_CTYPE: cannot change locale (UTF-8): No such file or directory

Any ideas what is that and why i get that message? My VPS is Cent OS.

The reason is that the server is missing the locale that your ssh client is trying to use to connect to the server. Take a look at the following url and it will help you. Make sure to backup your ssh config file before making any changes.
