I'm fairly new to cpanel/whm in the admin aspect. So I gotta question about ssh.

In cpanel/whm if you grant ssh does that give user access to whole server? or are the chkrooted somehow into their own directories only?

    What does this statement means

    1. Gives user access to whole server ?
    2. Give user, access to whole server?

if second then when u allow a use to ssh i.e Shell Access enables then he is restricted to make change in his home directory. The moment he su's then he becomes a super user and can access each and every thing on the server.
