    I am having problems with the diplay of shtml pages, when I name any file with the extender
    .shtml pages I get a Cannot find server or DNS Error message.

    I have tried working with support to add apache handlers in the cpanel pages and still get this message.

    If we delete the .htaccess file then the page is displayed but the server side include code is not parsed.

    Please let me know what I can try to sort this out.

    Thanks Iain.

    Here is an example of my code.

    <html>
    <body><center>
    <B>If The Date Is Displayed Below ( in red ) Then SSI Is Working<br><br>
    Otherwise it is not working<br><br>
    <font color="#FF0000">
    .....<!--#echo var="DATE_LOCAL" -->.....
    </font>
    </B></center>
    </body>
    </html>

    1.
    Check AddType for .shtml

    2. Check server-parse for .shtml

    3. Check Options Indexes for +Includes.

    If all three of those are there that should fix it.
