SSL am i doing something wrong

I purchased a SSL for our main domain and installed it.

If i go to https://www.mydomain.com, the SSL is working, but when i try to go to webmail https://www.mydomain.com:2096 it isn't.

Am i missing something.

When i look at the information provided by chrome, it's showing the host server name, and not the actual domain that I have the cert for.

Certificates for services such as cPanel/WHM/Webmail are not installable on a per-domain basis. They are installed for a single hostname via:
