SSL Cert disappears after a few days

I moved my GoDaddy SSL cert from my old server to our new one about a month ago. I generated a CSR in WHM and re-keyed the cert over at GoDaddy.

Next, I pasted in all the parts in the "Install a SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain" section of WHM. I entered "nobody" as the user because I want to share this cert.

All went fine and the cert worked properly - however every 3 to 4 days the cert would disappear from the "manage SSL Hosts" menu. So I would re-paste all of the parts and everything is fine for another 3 to 4 days... then the cert disappears again ...and so on.

Today I re-pasted all of the parts and I got the error "not in the trusted database..." when I tried to connect to my domain via https. I did the whole CSR - re-key at GoDaddy proceedure and once again all is well... but for how long?

Also, now when I go into the "SSL Key/Crt Manager" I have 4 key.old, 20 csr.old, 2 crt.old and 1 cabundle.old files that have just magically appeared. I can't seem to be able to delete anything here, just view or download.

Any ideas as to what is going on?

I recommend submitting a support ticket so we can determine what is causing this behavior: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit
