    Hi,

I don't know if I'm missing something obvious here, but when I go to install a new service SSL cert, I'm presented with cPanel's 'Install CRT for ...' screen. I paste the .crt file in the top pane, and it automatically does something that retreives a .key and a .cabundle in the bottom two panes. What it gets is an old key and cabundle, which is incorrect for the .crt I have just pasted.

Now whilst I can overwrite these panes with the correct info, I'd like to know where cPanel is getting this stuff from. I want to replace it with the correct info for my new cert. Does anyone know?

ssl files, which are used to fetch that info, are stored at: /usr/share/ssl

you can manually delete obsolete files there.

Also, if you have CSR and RSA key for your new certificate, then you can overwrite exiting keys which come automatically after pasting SSL certificate.
