SSL Cert purchased but install not working

I bought the Instant SSL Cert inside the WHM without a hitch and received a confirmation email from Altaire Security Solutions stating they go my order... I went to the WHM and in the order and install cert link it showed the cert ready to be installed a couple days later.... I clicked install and it did nothing. I already have my httpd.conf edited for my domain but it doesn't work right... It still shows up as if i made a sample cert and gives that pop up that says CA root not trusted... Comodo the issurers of the cert said they cant do anything because it was purchased through a 3rd party Altaire.

A little help would be great on this...Has anyone elase done this? Was it sucessfull.

If this certificate comes with a CA bundle, be sure it is listed in your httpd.conf

Please try installing it in netscape

This is a known problem that is getting fixed if you use IE to install it fails you Netscape to retrive the SSL and it will install it correctly

You are incorrect.... I have spoke to Comodo and Alltaire. There is a bug in the cpanel intergration that is not allowing the cert to be installed...It has nothing to do with the browser...

Comodo had to issue me a cert manually by email because the problem had not yet been fixed.

Unless you have tried installing this with the new feature you wouldn''t know of this issue...

All works untill you click install than nothing happens no matter what browser you use.. which wouldn't make a difference anyways
