I've installed my new cert following the same instructions as last time:
Generated a CSR through WHM
Went to GoDaddy and downloaded the new Certificate
Opened my email for the CSR and got the RSA Key
Opened the "Install SSL" form in WHM
Pasted the domain.crt and gd_bundle.crt from GoDaddy in the correct fields.
Pasted the RSA Key from my email in the correct field
Changed the user to "nobody" and hit submit.

It gave me the following error:
SSL install aborted due to error: Modulus mismatch, key file does not match certificate. Please use the correct key file

I checked the status of the cert using the SSL checker at: SSL Certificate Tester - Check Certificates
It tested fine, except it says "SSL Certificate is not trusted".

Where did I go wrong?

Thanks!

Hello :)

Are you sure the KEY or CRT data was not automatically populated to something other than what you pasted during the installation?

I would like to point out that using "nobody" as the username is not recommended. It can be used as a workaround on a shared IP address if you plan to share the certificate with all other accounts on that IP address.

We can take a closer look if you can submit a support ticket:
