Its ok it all works on the shared ip
Hello :)

Yes, if you are using cPanel version 11.38 or higher, and an OS that supports SNI (CentOS 6, RHEL 6), then you can install SSL certificates on a shared IP address.

Thank you.

This is the intended behavior. You will need to make a different installed certificate the primary certificate via the "Make Primary" action under the "Manage SSL Hosts" option in WHM if you want a different certificate to appear for Virtual Hosts without a certificate installed.

Thank you.

the customer as his own ssl installed but uses the main server ip ?
You will need to assign them a dedicated IP address, or install a SSL certificate for the hostname of the server and make it the primary SSL certificate for the IP address to avoid other websites using that same certificate on that IP.

Thank you.

If another SSL certificate is installed on the shared IP address, simply make it the primary certificate via the "Make Primary" action under the "Manage SSL Hosts" option in WHM. Then it becomes the default certificate for the IP address that websites without certificates see.

Thank you.
