    Hi,

    I have SSL installed in one of my website.

    When anyone trying to access this site through MOZILLA BROWSER, getting the following error message

    ===========================
    Unable to verify the identiry of www.my-website.com as a trusted site.

    Possible reasons for this error:

    -Your browser does not recognize the certificate Authority that issued the site's certificate.

    - The site's certificate is incomplete due to a server misconfiguration.

    -You are connected to a site pretending to be www.my-website.com, possibly to obtain your confidential information.

    Please notify the site's webmaster about this problem.

    Before accepting this certificate, you should examine this site's certificate carefully. Are you willing to to accept this certificate for the purpose of identifying the web site www.my-website.com

    3. Do not accept this certificate and do not connect to this website.

    In other browsers like IE and Opera its working fine..

    Can anyone help me in this matter ?

    Thanks..!

    Are they using the latest version of the browser, I know the Geotrust/RapidSSL certs are accepted since version 1.0 not sure about others.

    If the site is legit then if they click on 1. Accept this certificate permanently the certificate will be added to the trusted Certificates list in the browser and no more errors.

    The other option is to switch to a certificate that is trusted by the browser.
