Hello, I am trying to update my SSL certificate for my website in cPanel. I got the updated SSL .crt from godaddy and was able to upload the certificate. When , I went to "Manage SSL Certificates", the SSL certificate is empty and not able to install the new certs. Have anybody seen this error before?

Thanks for the clarification. You'll need to reach out to your hosting provider as the server owner will have to investigate this issue. There isn't much else you can do as the cPanel account owner as this is one of those things that should just work.

It's possible that your host has disabled your ability to generate private keys/install SSL certs in cPanel. As @cPRex said, you'll have to contact your host.
