    I have a Certificate that I generated using WHM and then created by CACert.org but whenever I try and "Install an SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain" (for the domain secure.pogga.co.uk) I get the following error:

    Attempting to verify your certificate..... Cerificate verification passed!
    Verifcation Result [/CN=secure.pogga.co.uk ]
    The CRT for the domain secure.pogga.co.uk could not be installed. Apache produced the following errors:
    Finished Install Process..

    However in the CPanel for the user it says that the Certificate is installed, however https://secure.pogga.co.uk doesn't work.

    Any idea what the problem is?

    You probably not give a dedicated IP for the SSL.

    Its the only site on the shared IP with an SSL cert.

    I have just tried using a different IP (obviously one that belongs to me) and it gave the exact same error.

    Are you trying to use this SSL as a shared SSL? Try to delete the SSL and install it back with the shared IP. Don't forget to check in your httpd.conf that it's written like bellow.

    <VirtualHost 70.85.98.122>
    BytesLog domlogs/secure.pogga.co.uk-bytes_log
    ServerName secure.pogga.co.uk
    ServerAlias www.secure.pogga.co.uk
    ServerAdmin wwwadmin@secure.pogga.co.uk
    DocumentRoot /home/server/public_html/secure
    CustomLog domlogs/secure.pogga.co.uk combined
    ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/username/public_html/secure/cgi-bin/
    User server
    Group server
    </VirtualHost>

    Another thing, if the SSL Certificate that you purchase come with a CA Bundle, don't forget to include the CA Bundle when you install the SSL.
