Ok my client has a site at ontargetsite.com and the membership section is a subdomain called membership.ontargetsite.com. I have a SSL (UCC) for the main site at ontargetsite.com and have added the membership.ontargetsite.com on as an alternative name.

The problem is when i go to the /https://membership.ontargetsite.com it takes to the home page, the subdomain should really be going to the membership folder. I have checked my error logs. The only one I am getting is.

    [Wed Mar 28 18:37:00 2012] [error] [clientxx.xx.xxx.xxx] File does not exist: /home/ontarget/public_html/css/theme, referer: /https://membership.ontargetsite.com/

I have an error from my log that states this.
    Code:
[28-Mar-2012 23:37:54 UTC] PHP Warning: ****session_start() [<a href='function.session-start'>function.session-start</a>]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/ontarget/public_html/inc/header.php:3) in /home/ontarget/public_html/control/controler.php on line 2
[28-Mar-2012 23:37:54 UTC] PHP Warning: ****session_start() [<a href='function.session-start'>function.session-start</a>]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/ontarget/public_html/inc/header.php:3) in /home/ontarget/public_html/control/controler.php on line 2

The error above has been going on for a long time, I don't know if this is contributing.
I have called goaddy and they say the ssl certs are installed correctly. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening.

    Update**
After much looking for some reason the https version of mebership.ontargetsite.com resolves tot he root directory of the site? I think this is a bug in cpanel possibly.

    Another update**
If i direct the subdomain by forwarding it onwards to another file, the normal the unsecure version of the web address works and the unsecure version doest not?

Update to this. Currently more than one SSL cannot be installed ber IP address. So a wildcard or UCC SSL will not work.
