    Hi members.

We purchased an SSL certificate for our domain.
I have opened up the :2082 port to connect to the web GUI, went to SSL manager then Certificates (CRT) and pasted the code from the SSL supplier.

However it doesnt appear to be working.

Do i have to do anything in the WHM?

There are some options in their for SSL but wasnt sure where to set it up.

The SSL/TLS has an option to paster a CRT which i did and specified the domain but it sends me to a blank page if i do that.
So i tried to log into the https: site for WHM then try which went a step further however it gives the following error

Attempting to verify your certificate..... Modulus mismatch, key file does not match certificate. Please use the correct key file

The file i got back from the supplier is a CRT i thought.

Anyway waiting in anticipation for a kind user to help me out.

    SSL error

HI ppl, no replies here but the problem is resolved.

I had to delete the entries in WHM and then reissue a CSR then send it off to the SSL ppl who sent out another CRT.

Uploaded it and walla it works.

Experience learnt that you can not contain special characters in the passphrase.

I hope me replyng to my own post helps someone else.

    :)
