Ive got a bit of an issue/question that i cant quite get my head around...

The new AutoSSL functions are great and we have switched a lot of existing clients over to using them for their sites and ssl mail connections

however we have a bit of a weird one where clients who have existing Geotrust and other certifcates installed for their domains find that they cannot connect securely to cpanel, mail etc under the auto ssl as it says they have an existing certifcate

for those clients who want to keep their Purchased certifcates for whatever reason, that just work for their website is there a way to config the auto ssl to setup their subdomains and aliases securely? ie mail.domain.com webmail.domain.com etc?

    Hi,

You may have to check the proxy subdomain settings in the tweak settings to check if it works the way you want..

    Hello,

You can exclude domain names or subdomains from the AutoSSL feature using the "SSL TLS Status" option in cPanel:

SSL TLS Status - Version 70 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Is this what you are looking for?

    Thank you.
