SOLVED SSL connection failed for verify.cpanel.net: SSL wants a read first

Getting this error emailed to me:

The system cannot check for KernelCare licenses: The system failed to send an HTTP “GET” request to “https://verify.cpanel.net/ipaddrs.cgi?ip={IP-Address}” because of an error: SSL connection failed for verify.cpanel.net: SSL wants a read first

It seems to be a cPanel side issue?

Any Suggestions?,

Hi Michael,

We are currently experiencing intermittent network issues with our licensing system. Our System Administration team is aware of the issue. I'll update this thread again once the issue is solved. In the meantime, you can try manually updating the license using the following command:

/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
