Hi

When logging into whm/cpanel I get this error :

server.xxxxx.com:2087 uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.
(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

I have an SSL cert issued by GlobalSign for my whm/cpanel so its not a self certified certificate.

Anyone got any ideas why im still getting this error?

Cheers
Chriz

Did you add the SSL to cPanel/WHM/Webmail Service? if you did and it isn't working. Restart the ssl service, if it still doesn't work, reinstall the certificate... if it still doesn't work contact the provider of the certificate.

Which browser are you trying? Restart apache services and then retry. Also, make sure that the connection is allowed via 443 port (SSL port) in your personal firewall.

Modifying settings for Apache will not affect pages served by cpsrvd such as the cPanel, WHM and Webmail interfaces.

A SSL certificate for cpsrvd can be set by going to WHM -> Service Configuration -> Manage Service SSL Certificates.
