SSL for accounts without nameservers issue

Hi guys.
Ever since the new DCV update, our AutoSSL is not as reliable as it was before, primarily because of some accounts that do not have NS with our hosting.
This creates issue for us since we have to manually issue certificates to users that do not have their NS pointed to our cPanel (and there's quite a few).
Is there any workaround/fix for this issue? The way it worked before was perfect, there's really no need for the DCV since LetsEncrypt issues certificates without it.

Hi @madnoob2

Can you provide the AutoSSL log for one or two of these transactions that didn't complete? As long as the domain's A record resolves to your server you shouldn't experience an issue with the DCV check.
