    Hello there,
I am interested to know is there a way i purchase a ssl for my cpanel server for secure login in all accounts?
    I mean domain1.com:2083 and domain2.com:2083
is this possible? or i can just have it on one domain? (hostname) and redirect them to the hostname?

    Hello :)

You can purchase a certificate for the hostname and install it for cPanel/WHM/Webmail via:

"WHM Home » Service Configuration » Manage Service SSL Certificates"

Then, in "Tweak Settings", under the "Redirection" tab, you can configure a redirect of users to the SSL/TLS ports when visiting /cpanel, /webmail, etc.

    Thank you.
