    Hello All,

    I have a bit of a problem that I am having trouble finding a solution for. I searched the forum but the info seemd to be a bit vague

    We have a reseller that has a dedicated IP and SSL certificate.
    The reseller wants to use his SSL for his Cpanel and WHM. This is what is happening.

    his secure site works fine at https://secure.dreamfusion.net - shows no browser warings and is locked, the certificate details show that it is his certificate.

    if you go to https://secure.dreamfusion.net/cpanel/ or https://secure.dreamfusion.net/whm/ the browser shows a warning and the certificate datails are our shared shared certificate.

    is there anyway to stop apache from using our ssl cert when the reseller uses his secure domain name for cpanel and WHM.

    This is in the httpd.con file for the reseller.
    <IfDefine SSL>
    <VirtualHost 69.93.230.101:443>
    ServerAdmin webmaster@dreamfusion.net
    DocumentRoot /home/severn/public_html
    BytesLog domlogs/secure.dreamfusion.net-bytes_log
    ServerName secure.dreamfusion.net
    CustomLog /usr/local/apache/domlogs/secure.dreamfusion.net-ssl_log "%t %{version}c %{cipher}c %{clientcert}c"
    User severn
    Group severn
    SSLEnable
    SSLCertificateFile /usr/share/ssl/certs/secure.dreamfusion.net.crt
    SSLCertificateKeyFile /usr/share/ssl/private/secure.dreamfusion.net.key
    SSLCACertificateFile /usr/share/ssl/certs/secure.dreamfusion.net.cabundle
    SSLLogFile /var/log/secure.dreamfusion.net
    UserDir public_html
    ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/severn/public_html/cgi-bin/
    SetEnvIf User-Agent ".*MSIE.*" nokeepalive ssl-unclean-shutdown
    </VirtualHost>
    </IfDefine>

    Thanks
    Paul

    Hi Paul,

    Just guessing here, but I belive apache is pulling up yours because of the nameservers. Does the reseller have share nameservers enabled, or does he have his own?
