Major problems this has happend thrice to us. When installing a ssl cert through whm it will corrupt the apache file.

I have a suggestion to work on this a bit as it is not very friendly and causes errors and corruptions more often than it works.

    Thank you.

Tell me about it. I just crashed my server - well I'm a reseller so my providers server. :( They weren't impressed...

WHM told me my SSL cert was successfully installed, then failed to restart Apache - I'm guessing cause httpd.conf got corrupted... I've tried installing two different chained certs and WHM doesn't seem to like them much.
