What causes this message? I can't find a reference to it anywhere.

    Installing SSL Certificate
The specified domain is not configured on the system. If you are intending to install a shared certificate you must use the username "nobody" for security and bandwidth reporting reasons.

SSL Install aborted due to error.

I'm installing a RapidSSL to a subdomain. When I paste the crt, the ca bundle fills in automatically. Then I submit and it gives this error.

    my response from tech support:

The domain sub.domain.net is the hostname of your VPS, and it is not configured under any user. In case you would like to install SSL for this domain, please get back to us with the SSL certificates and we will do it from our end, as this requires configuration files to be edited manually.

    So there you go. :D
