SSL install error

Hi all,

I tried installing 2 certificates today and both give me following error:

Attempting to verify your certificate..... Cerificate verification passed!
Verifcation Result [OK]
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive][a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive][a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive


The certifcated don't get installed, I'm not sure where the problem is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

nah, had to change the cpanel version otherwise it kept saying the same thing

Had the same issue here with a cert on a cpanel that we had upgraded to the 11.x version.

We downgraded it back to the 10.x and all is working again. We went back to Release.

Thankfully it was a testing server that we were using and not a live version.

I am getting the "fatal error" message now. Before that it says it passed verification. I get no other details. Would an actual error be logged somewhere? Using version 10.8.0

Yep - still seems to be a prob with the edge 11.x version. We'd sucessfully installed a cert on 10.x but a few days later after upgrading to 11.1 E44, we were unable to install another cert on the same server. The SSL is a shared cert, so thankfully not an urgent issue for us
