I'm having a hard time getting a certificate installed. I'm getting modulus key match errors.

In /etc/ssl/certs I see one set of files for the domain.
in /home/user_name/ssl/certs I see a different set of files.

    Which is which?

I used the CSR from being logged in as the user, but it didn't work.

How to I remove everything and start over (without changing the KEY file, if possible)

Can I install the CRT from within the main WHM management system or do I have to be logged into the 'users' control panel to do this?

So inside of the user control panel, I 'removed' the existing SSL certificate. I then generated a new CSR and submitted it to Geotrust and got back at New CRT. I entered them in and 'installed' them but now nothing is working for that secure domain. From various browsers I get "can't load from domain" errors.

Basically it doesn't work at all.

-- Logged in as the main administrator for the WHM, I was able to go to

Main >> SSL/TLS >> Install a SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain

Select the domain in question and upload the new pieces and it all worked.

Why does it only work from the top level and not the specific site level?
