Just installed a SSL cert from Geotrust everything went great I setup the domain to be a subdomain such as order.domain.com as thats where I'll need the SSL no where else - when going to https://order.domain.com the secure sign is on the browser / cert is valid - but it displays my homepage www.domain.com instead of the subdomain I specified https://order.domain.com

    Any ways to resolve this?

    Thanks!

How long ago did you create the subdomain
Took a few days before mine was functioning (dns needs to propogate throughout the net)

    Hi,

I added the zone file for just the subdomain + domain if you goto the http version now that it has propogated around the Internet it brings up the default CPanel "There is no website configured at this address." but if I goto the https version it brings up the homepage for that domain again,

I'm thinking i'll probably need to add an account via the create new account feature so subdomain.domain is another account all together? (even thou I have given the website one IP and the subdomain.website another IP via the zonefile)

    Hi Mo,

I realize this is an old thread but I'm having the identical problem. Did time to resolve fix the problem or did you have to do something else?

    Thanks
