    Hey,

Im a reseller, and I have purchased an SSL cert, I have generated a key in the cPanel, I have generated the CSR in the same panel, and got everything verified, and generated the CRT, no errors whatsoever. Then when I opened the setup and SSL certificate to work with your site, I had the option to select which domain and I select the domain, the ajax window witht he title "SSL Installer" pops up saying "Fetching SSL Data", and that's the end it just does that nothing else.

I used Firefox 19.0 (and i tried it in the latest Chrome),
    Cpanel: 11.34.1 (build 12)

Dont know if this helps or not but here:

    I used firebug:

    POST /http://slabhosting.com:2082/cpsess5511533410/xml-api/fetchsslinfo

    Content-Length: 22
    Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded; charset=UTF-8
    Cookie: cprelogin=no; cpsession=slabhost%3asj3Qlp3alEqdIHjCr4qRWbUYWfBkin3XfCbl_g_hzq8tHP8Ow0_hRkTPg3gbS5rh; langedit=; lang=

    User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0
    X-Requested-With: XMLHttpRequest

Can anyone tell me whats going on?
And how can i install the cert?

    Many thanks,

    Hi,

As far as I know, the AJAX installer can fetch the data only at root level.
You will need to copy & paste the data manually.

    Eli.

Agreed, I always had to manually copy and paste the requested information into the first two fields. The third combined field can be left empty. On second or third installs, it worked, but never for the first install.
