Hey guys,
I have a client who has been complaining that he cannot access the SSL version of his site (EX: https://secure.mydomain.com/~username/), nor the main secure domain (EX: https://secure.mydomain.com/) sometimes. Sometimes he can get in, but most of the time he cannot.
Also, when he cannot access it, he cannot ping it from his place either. But it can be pinged through dnsstuff.com at the same time and it works.
Does anyone know what could cause him to not be able to access the SSL site sometimes? Something with the ISP, or could it be something on the server?
Thanks,
Matt
