Ssl Issue

I keep getting the following error everytime i try to install SSL in cPanel

Attempting to verify your certificate..... Certificate verification failed!
Verifcation Result []

Can you please help me out. Thank You.

The certificate must match SSL key file, domain name and IP to get it verified. Make sure that all those informations you have given is correct
