Almost 150 cPanel running one off my server. 300+ domain.

but the problem is one of those cPanel has a problem with SSL. The ssl shows “Not Installed” within every 24 hours .(SSL automatically got Removed within 24 hours) i have to reinstall it again and again.

i have installed SSL manually by 3rd party provider. but still facing this issue.

already reset that cPanel , even wordpress . but it doesn’t fixed anything. same issue .

(facing this issue at only one cPanel. i have added 2 domain,, installed wordpress on one domain. another one has nothing.)

i have reset all things, even i am using only free theme and plugin.

same theme and plugin running on others website (others cPanel) there is no issue. but what’s the problem specifically with this cPanel.??

i tried let’s encrypt, cPanel default sectigo, Zero SSL crt (3rd party provider)

what’s the problem with that one cPanel?
how can i fix it?

Hey there! I would need some additional information before I could help with this, as there isn't a mechanism in cPanel that would be removing the SSL automatically.

When this problem happens, can you confirm if the SSL vhost exists inside the Apache configuration file (/etc/apache2/conf/httpd.conf)? That would be the first thing to check since it would be good to know if that vhost is getting overwritten or removed.

I had no doubt the file would exist on the server. What I am interested in is if there is a secure vhost for port 443 in that file when you're experiencing the issue. If not, that would indicate something on the system is completely removing the SSL.
