do you have the ScriptAlias defined within the VirtualHost directive for the SSL cert in the httpd.conf ??

No, why would I have to do that?

You load the SSL it should work sitewide. The cpanel software should make sure that is in there correct?

if you used the WHM to install it, it should configured properly... but it maybe worth checking to make sure the httpd.conf is setup properly.

    That is what it was.

Looks like when apache was upgaded it wiped the scriptalias out. Becuase it worked before.

Thanks for pointing me in the proper direction.

    Hello!

I just noticed the same problem on one of my client domains.

Can you please explain what the ScriptAlias section should look like??
    Currently it looks like this:

    ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ "/usr/local/apache/cgi-bin/"

As a novice I would realy appreciate your help in this.

    Thanks
