    Question please.

I had a site on a shared ip and I purchased and installed a cert for it. All works ok.

Tonight I had another site I generated a csr for, I did it and purchased the key for ssl and then installed the certificate on the server. After I was done I noticed this site was also on the same shared ip. I then went and removed the files under usr/share/ssl/certs for this site,

I then changed the ip on the second site and then reinstalled the Certificate.
Now when I put the url in the browser from this site that I changed the ip on example https://www.domain.com
it pulls up the index.html from the first site that was on the shared ip with its own ssl.

Will this clear itself out or is there something else I need to do?

It seems that the SSL VirtualHost of the second domain still retains the old IP. You can delete the second SSL host from WHM, then reinstall it making sure it uses the right IP. Or you can edit the IP in httpd.conf directly and restart Apache, I think that would suffice too.
